According to the official WeChat message of "Hefei High-tech Release", a number of industrial projects in the High-tech Zone have been officially put into production in the near future, including the new Lianda Optoelectronics LED backlight device project with a total investment of 300 million yuan.
According to reports, the project will be constructed by Anhui Xinruida Technology Co., Ltd., with a planned total construction area of about 94,000 square meters in the first and second phases. The project plans to build 35 direct-type backlight device production lines and 7 edge-type backlight device production lines. After completion, it can produce 1.5 billion direct-type backlight devices annually.
Strategic Layout: An Eight-Year Journey of Technical Attack
Xinruida’s layout in the Mini/Micro LED field is not just a whim. As early as 2017, when most companies in the industry were still focusing on traditional LED technology, Xinruida had already begun targeting next-generation display technology and investing in research and development.
After eight years of technology accumulation, Xinruida has formed unique technical advantages. According to Lin Hongqin, Vice President of Operations of Xinruida, the company has mastered all technical routes for new Mini/Micro LED displays.
In terms of POB technology, it can achieve multi-sided luminescence and super-double DHR of different sizes; in terms of COB technology, it has unique dispensing and full-surface spraying technology to achieve the advantages of high brightness, large DHR, flexible and ultra-thin backlight, and low cost.
Worth mentioningWhat’s more, Xinruida’s Mini/Micro LED direct display products have the most complete packaging modes, including MiP/MEP/SMD/COB/IMD, which can fully realize process optimization, accuracy assurance, yield improvement, and process requirements such as bin mixing, light separation and color separation.
The implementation entity of the Lianda Optoelectronics project is Anhui Lianda Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinruida. The construction of this project is actually the implementation of the changes to Xinruida’s 2021 fundraising project.
